Welcome to the CoinFi Token user registration guide. This document provides a detailed overview of the registration process, which is required to be eligible for participation in the token sale.

We’re really excited about the next steps in bringing CoinFi to life. The CoinFi token offering presents a unique opportunity for mainstream apps to tokenize and offer everyday consumers the chance to earn and spend cryptocurrencies.

CoinFi is a decentralized market intelligence platform for the next generation of crypto investors and traders. We use a multitude of techniques to provide investors and traders with the information they need to gain an edge. These techniques include both in-house and crowdsourced analyst research, trading signals, and algorithms. The techniques also cover specific cryptocurrencies as well as the overall crypto industry.

 

Our approach to the token distribution event emphasizes the importance of building and nurturing a strong community of CoinFi Token member companies and developers contributing to the ecosystem, thus we are taking steps to verify every participant.

The required information collected during the registration process allows us to:

1. Meet Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering, counter-terrorist-financing  compliance needs; and
2. Enable fair token distribution by allowing as many participants to join the sale as possible.

Important Details

What will you need during the registration process?

• Your ID Document:
  • government issued Passport;
  • or National ID;
  • or Drivers Licence.
• A camera or a smartphone to take a selfie with your ID
• Your Ethereum Address (IMPORTANT: Make sure to use your Ethereum Wallet address, and NOT an address from exchanges like Coinbase, Kraken, Poloniex, Gemini, etc. Read Our Instructions here.)

 

Important Notice

Due to regulatory concerns, residents of the following countries will not be allowed to participate in the crowdsale: United States of America, Canada, Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, and the Cayman Islands.

 

Register for the Whitelist

In order to be eligible to participate in the Pre-sale (token distribution event) you must complete the registration process.

You may start the registration process by visiting https://sale.coinfi.com/ where you will see this page:

Click on the “Join Whitelist” button at the top of the page (green button) or the middle of the page (yellow button).

Do not attempt to register on any other website other than https://sale.coinfi.com/

 

Once you click on ‘Join Whitelist’, you will see this page below:

 

Fill in your best email and click on ‘Register’, to start the registration process.

And you will be taken to step 2: ‘Set Password’:

 

Choose a Strong Password and then click on ‘Confirm Password’

Step 3 will ask you for your Estimated Ether contribution:

Remember the minimum is ‘1 Ethereum’ for the pre-sale (no minimum for the crowd-sale). So fill in this amount and click on ‘Confirm Contribution Estimate’

To complete this process (see image below), first complete ‘Part 1’ to ‘Join CoinFi Telegram’ chat (which will open in a new tab) to get involved in the conversations with others in the community.

And then complete ‘Part 2’ by clicking on ‘Finalize Registration’ and you will be directed to your login dashboard.

 

 

 

Once you click on ‘Finalize Registration’, you will be taken to the next page (you’ll need your important documents now):

 

 

 

When filling in your ETH address, this step is REALLY IMPORTANT.

You need to fill in the ETH Wallet Address (NOT the address from exchanges like Coinbase, Kraken, Bittrex etc)

After your form is complete, click on ‘Complete Registration’ and you’re now ready for the CoinFi Sale!

 

 

After ‘Complete Registration’, you will see your dashboard:

 

 

Important Notes

• The ONLY place you will see the CoinFi funding Ethereum Address is on this dashboard. We will never publish the address anywhere else.
• You can login in here: https://sale.coinfi.com/dashboard with your email and password
• IGNORE all other sources including email, Telegram, or blog posts, even if it looks like it comes from CoinFi
• We will never request personal information via email; make sure to ignore all emails asking for your personal information.
• Pre-sale opens on December 15th 2017 at 7pm EST/ December 16th 2017 at 12am GMT and 8am HKT
• Token issuance occurs on Feb 9 2018.
