Overview
- The CoinFi token sale (ICO) is separated into two parts — the pre-sale and the Crowd-sale.
- The pre-sale has three tiers and begins on January 15th 2018.
- The Crowd-sale is open to everyone who has registered for the whitelist (on https://sale.coinfi.com/) and is expected to begin on February 8th 2018 and end when the hard cap is reached.
- Only those that have completed the whitelist registration and KYC process can participate. Please check your Ethereum address in your login dashboard here: https://sale.coinfi.com/dashboard
- Minimum contribution during the pre-sale is 1ETH. (1ETH=7500 COFI tokens at the time of current ETH/USD rate)

- Do not send any funds from exchanges like Coinbase, Bittrex, Bitfinex etc. This is VERY important – you will not receive your tokens if you send your funds from an exchange address.
- Only approved whitelisted addresses can participate. Click here for instructions on setting up your own Ethereum Address and wallet.
- Remember the pre-sale contribution amount has a minimum of 1ETH.
- Residents from the following countries are not allowed to participate but if you’re a citizen of these countries and reside outside of these then you can participate: People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Cayman Islands
How To Send Your Contribution From MyEtherWallet
Go to https://myetherwallet.com. And follow the instructions to create your wallet. We’ve got a more in-depth walkthrough here.
- Visit https://www.myetherwallet.com
2. Select the tab “Send Ether & Tokens”
3. Select the option “Keystore File (UTC / JSON)”, select your wallet file, enter your password and ‘Unlock Wallet’ to login to your account.
4. Now, make sure you copy the address directly from your login dashboard here: https://sale.coinfi.com/dashboard
5. Make sure gas price does not exceed 50 Gwei
6. Select the amount of ETH you’d like to send (Minimum 1 ETH for the pre-sale only and no min. required for the crowd-sale) and click “Generate Transaction”
Change gas limit to 150,000.
7. Once you complete this process successfully, the contribution will be sent to our contract and you will see a proof of the transaction in the “Transaction History”.
Mist
If you are already familiar with Mist, here are the steps to follow in order to successfully participate and contribute to our token sale event.
1. Open your Mist application
2. Go to the “Send” tab in the options
3. Now, make sure you copy the address from your login dashboard only(https://sale.coinfi.com/dashboard) and paste it in the “To:” section
4. Enter the amount of ETH you want like to send (make sure it does not exceed the individual cap
5. The fee should be set nearing the bottom of the page. The input amount not to exceed 50 Gwei (0.00000005 ETH).
6. Click “Send”
7. You will see a summary of the the transaction — note, the contribution has not yet been sent as yet!
8. Enter your password again and click “Send Transaction”
Now your contribution has been sent and will be added to the Transaction History in the wallet (to view this go to Wallet Overview -> Latest Transactions)
MetaMask
MetaMask is a simple and intuitive add-on that enables everyone to send tokens easily and securely.
1. Click on the add-on icon in your browser
2. Click “Send”
3. Now, make sure you copy the address from https://sale.coinfi.com/dashboard and paste it in the “Recipient Address” field
4. Enter the amount of ETH you want to send
5. Click “Next”.
6. Set gas limit to 150,000 and make sure gas price is at most 50 Gwei.
7. Submit the transaction.
Can I participate in presale or Just in sale?
Yes, Eidoo should work. I successfully used Eidoo for the Bread tde.

Hi. I am confused about where I will receive the ConFi coin. I get that you give the Ethereum address, but to what address do I send the ETH to, and on what address will I receive the coin on the sale?

I really do not know how this company will fair but I am willing to give it a go with you and take the journey with you as long as I can afford to do so. I know you are all working very hard and you are all excited about the launch in a week. I have been happily reading all the information I can about the pre-sale and organizing myself with all the new information to set us all up for success on game day.
I have a suggestion that I need you all to ponder before the pre ICO sale…I sent an Email earlier today to ask if there are any ‘minimums’ for the pre-sale. I just read tonight that it is 1 Ether (plus we have a small gas fee for the miners) Ether has gone up in price the past 2 weeks and since this sale is not until next week+, I for-see some investors not getting in on this great opportunity. For many of us that just started in crypto currency that have been able to get through the past 3-4 weeks with all the high volumes to sign up here & there,as well as the hard wallet purchases that are hard to get and higher in price now, & buying of a few Sotochi of Bit/Ether/and other…as well as Holiday gifts etc…traveling for many of us. I do think that it is possible that Ether could be up another 20%-30% and 1 ETHER could be well over $1,000+ by the time of the Coinfi pre-sale.
Would it be possible for your team to please have another discussion and think about lowering the minimum to 1/2 an Ether or 3/4 of Ether? The price point will be too hefty for a large number of investors.The people getting into crypto now are just starting to know how to maneuver there way in the rabbit hole of Crypto, we are all not wealthy, and still have great financial obligations. I read an article last year that stated that a very high percentage of Americans in the 90% only have an average of $500 in their bank account at the end of the month…Think about that for a second. My request would be to lower the minimum to 1/2 an Ether and if someone wants to buy more they can,and the new bees can also take there first steps with you. I honestly think that by the time this sale launches the price of Ether might be out of the park for many people, and they might take a pass and invest elsewhere.You have a captive audience right now I would hate for you to loose the people that you have already invited into your crypto cyber reality…Please re-evaluate lowering the minimum for the sale .

There needs to be a minimum contribution for the presale because presale contributors get a bonus amount of coins in exchange for their early commitment and the fact they’ve put 1 ETH in.
We originally had a larger minimum of 2 ETH but due to the rise in ethereum price, as you pointed out, this was unfair, so we halved the minimum. Many presales have a much larger requirement, so we think we are being fair.
This is still early days in the CoinFi journey and you will be able to participate whether at crowdsale stage or once the coins hit exchanges in the future.
